Discover Ethical Farming: A Family-Friendly Experience at Dora’s Dairy
You care about what you eat and where it comes from. But with so many options, it’s hard to know which farms truly align with your values. At Dora’s Dairy, we believe you deserve transparency and the chance to see ethical farming for yourself.
That’s why we’re inviting you to join our farm tour—a hands-on experience that connects you with the animals, the land, and the sustainable practices that set us apart.
What You’ll Experience
Your journey begins in the heart of the farm: the milking parlour. Here, you’ll watch our grass-fed cows being milked while we explain our unique cow-calf dairying system, designed to prioritize the happiness of both mothers and calves.
Next, you’ll meet the herd. Spend time with our friendly cows and calves, stroke them, and hear how they thrive in our natural, family-focused system.
But that’s just the start. You’ll meet the rest of our farm family, including our curious donkeys, happy pigs, waddling ducks, and free-ranging chickens. Ever wondered what it’s like to collect fresh eggs straight from the nest? You might get the chance to do just that!
As you explore the farm, take a moment to enjoy the stunning countryside views. It’s more than a visit—it’s a chance to reconnect with nature and see farming as it should be.
The tour wraps up with a visit to our raw milk vending machine, where you can sample the fresh, nutrient-dense milk that comes from our grass-fed cows. Along the way, you’ll hear how we regenerate the soil, use homeopathic treatments, and work in harmony with the land to create a sustainable system.
The Problem We Solve
We know it can be hard to trust where your food comes from. That’s why we’ve built Dora’s Dairy around transparency and connection. On this tour, you’ll see firsthand how ethical farming benefits the animals, the environment, and your family.

Hi Sarah and Jon I wanted to let you know just how much we enjoyed the meat I bought from you last week. We had the fillet steaks on Saturday and Oh my goodness! it was literally like slicing through butter and each mouthful was sensational. These fillets really were packed full of flavour and knowing where they came from and how well they had been raised and care for meant that we ate and enjoyed them with a clear conscience. We will be back for more that's for sure.
My 18 month old son and i had a wonderful time touring Doras's Dairy Jon and Sarah are very knowledgeable , approachable and friendly. We were impressed with how welcomed we were to explore! first thing we did was go see the cows up close. My toddler loved giving them treats and laughed every time they licked his hand. We Watched them being milked and learned about the benefits of raw milk. My son walked around with the chickens, played with the lovely dogs and patted a huge bull through the safety of the pen bars. We had a really lovely time and we both loved being so close and hands on with the farm animals. I felt that it was a wonderful learning experience and I would highly recommend it. We will definitely be doing it again. Jessie and Leon
